The Sourcing Team has awarded a new university-wide contract to 14 full-service catering suppliers after a competitive Request for Proposal (RFP) process. These contracts include pre-negotiated pricing and terms with trusted and qualified local providers and are now available for use across the university. A new prompt "Exclude Worktags" has been added to the "Equity Balances by Balancing/Carry Forward Worktags - Monthly Trending" report. Coming Tuesday, September 23, a new column for the purchase order "Line Memo" will be added to the output of the "Find Purchase Order Details - OSU" report. Lastly, during the week of September 29, the HCM Supplier Approver step will be added to the output of the "Business Process Approval Times - Miscellaneous Payment Request Summary" report as well as the "Business Process Approval Times - Miscellaneous Payment Request Details" report.Coming Soon: Updates for Independent Contractors on Miscellaneous Payments and Supplier Invoice Requests

This new report returns one line per cash sale line and includes pertinent details regarding customer, status, line description and amounts, tax information, transaction-related date fields and worktag details. The required security group necessary to execute this report is Company Financial Analyst. This report replaces the existing "Cash Sales for Organization" report which is scheduled to be retired on Friday, September 5.
